About the Role

Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join as Customer Care Executives for the Domestic Inbound Voice Process at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th pass qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of customer handling and sales.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days.
• Aadhaar must be linked with contact number.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts (Day shifts only).
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off.
• No night shifts.
