Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities
- Manage FEMA compliance including FCGPR, FCTRS, and ODI.
- Provide advisory on FDI, ODI, and ECB regulations.
- Assist in obtaining RBI approvals for FEMA-related matters.
- Ensure timely filings for capital account transactions and regulatory reporting.
- Set up entities for foreign investors with compliance checks.
- Handle incorporation of Private Limited, LLP, and Section 8 companies.
- Draft and file SPICe+ forms, MOA, AOA, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with RBI, ROC, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare FEMA-related documentation and maintain filing records.
- Stay updated on amendments to FEMA, Companies Act, and corporate laws.
Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Details |

| Education | Semi-qualified or Qualified Company Secretary (CS). Certifications in FEMA, foreign trade, or international business law are a plus. |
| Experience | 0 – 2 years in corporate law, FEMA compliance, or secretarial work. Prior law firm or consultancy experience preferred. |
| Skills | Secretarial work, Regulatory reporting, Analysis skills, Communication skills |
| Soft Skills | Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines. |
| Relocation | Must reliably commute or relocate to Salt Lake, Kolkata before joining. |
