Position: Customer Service Assistant

Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to address customer concerns effectively. Responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time through phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Understand company products and services thoroughly.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred
• English (Required)
• Hindi (Preferred)
• Freshers can apply

Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
