Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Convert organization-provided leads into active clients through consistent tele-calling and email communication.
- Client Relations: Responsible for day-to-day client follow-ups and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Documentation: Maintain and update MIS (Management Information Systems) and provide regular performance reports.
- Targets: Meet monthly fixed sales targets to qualify for attractive incentives.
- Training: Participate in initial training sessions provided by the organization upon joining.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelor’s degree is required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of specific experience in Telesales is required (2–3 years preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Attributes: Proactive communication skills and a willingness to travel if required for business development.
Important Notes
- Probation Period: There is a 3-month performance review period before employment status becomes permanent.
- Work Mode: This is an In-person role based in Kolkata; remote work is not available for this position.
