Mortantra is looking for an enthusiastic Online Chat Representative to handle customer interactions via chat. The role involves resolving customer issues, assisting with product selection, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and concerns through online chat.
• Provide easy-to-understand solutions to customer issues.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on needs and budget.
• Manage customer orders, payments, and delivery-related queries.
• Handle complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inform customers about ongoing and upcoming promotions or offers.

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support preferred.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Satellite, Ahmedabad.
