Leading Tax Experts Pty Ltd is a Victoria-based finance brokerage helping Australians with home, car, and investment loans. We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor / Data Entry Executive to manage backend loan processing operations and ensure smooth coordination between brokers, banks, and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit loan applications accurately and on time.
• Follow up on pending documents from clients and lenders.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions.
• Maintain accurate loan files, records, and trackers.
• Keep brokers and clients updated on application status.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
• Support loan settlement and post-settlement activities.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Apply Online or Infynity system knowledge is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in loan processing, banking, finance, or admin roles preferred.
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
• Willingness to work morning shift.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
