About the Initiative

Repestro Tech Solution Private Limited is launching two EdTech initiatives – QUHUNT and DRANZER, focused on college students and fresh graduates. These initiatives aim to deliver industry-relevant IT training, soft skills development, and community-based learning.

Role Overview

The Project Lead / Associate will play a key role in planning, executing, and scaling EdTech programs. This position involves leadership, community building, execution, and growth strategy with compensation aligned through profit sharing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and organize bootcamps, workshops, and structured training programs.
• Build and manage student-focused learning communities.
• Develop and mentor internal teams (trainers, mentors, volunteers).
• Drive student enrollments, outreach, and revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to boost engagement.
• Track program performance, participation, and outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and execution standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech students (2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th Year) or recent graduates.
• Open to all technical disciplines.
• Strong interest in EdTech, leadership, or community building.
• Good communication, organization, and ownership mindset.
• Willingness to commit long-term in a growth-stage environment.
