কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের অধীন Assam Rifles-এ চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের জন্য বড় নিয়োগের সুযোগ এসেছে। Directorate General Assam Rifles, Shillong-এর Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026-এর মাধ্যমে মোট ৩৫৪টি Group C পদে কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে।

এই recruitment-এ Warrant Officer, Havildar এবং Rifleman rank-এর বিভিন্ন technical ও tradesman post রয়েছে। শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা পদ অনুযায়ী Class 10, 10+2, ITI, Diploma অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট Bachelor’s Degree পর্যন্ত নির্ধারিত হয়েছে।

Job Description

Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026-এর মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন specialised technical trade-এর জন্য কর্মী নেওয়া হচ্ছে।

নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের trade অনুযায়ী electrical maintenance, vehicle maintenance, communication equipment, armoury-related work, instrument maintenance, welding, masonry, store management, medical technical support এবং অন্যান্য operational technical duty পালন করতে হতে পারে।

এটি সাধারণ office job নয়। Assam Rifles একটি uniformed force হওয়ায় প্রার্থীদের physical fitness, medical standards এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট trade skill-ও পূরণ করতে হবে।

About Assam Rifles

Assam Rifles ভারতের অন্যতম প্রাচীন Central Armed Police Force এবং এটি Ministry of Home Affairs-এর প্রশাসনিক নিয়ন্ত্রণে পরিচালিত হয়।

Forceটির personnel ভারতের উত্তর-পূর্বাঞ্চলসহ বিভিন্ন operational location-এ দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। Technical এবং Tradesman cadre-এর কর্মীরা force-এর equipment, vehicles, communication system, infrastructure এবং অন্যান্য technical support কার্যক্রমে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেন।

Eligibility Criteria

Warrant Officer – Cipher

প্রার্থীকে recognised board থেকে 10+2 Science পাশ করতে হবে।

10+2-এ থাকতে হবে:

• Physics
• Mathematics
• English

এর পাশাপাশি Information Technology, ICT, Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical অথবা Instrumentation-এর মতো relevant field-এ NSQF Level 4 বা তার উপরের technical course/ITI qualification থাকতে হবে।

বিকল্প হিসেবে Electronics অথবা Information/Communication Technology-related Bachelor’s Degree গ্রহণযোগ্য হতে পারে।

Age Limit: 18–25 Years.

Warrant Officer – Draughtsman

প্রার্থীকে 10+2 অথবা equivalent examination পাশ করতে হবে।

এর সঙ্গে recognised Polytechnic/Institute থেকে Architectural Assistantship-এ 3-year Diploma থাকতে হবে।

Age Limit: 18–25 Years.

Warrant Officer – Operation Theatre Technician

প্রার্থীকে 10+2 Pass হতে হবে এবং Operation Theatre Technician বিষয়ে কমপক্ষে 2 বছরের Diploma থাকতে হবে।

সংশ্লিষ্ট 50 বা তার বেশি bed-এর hospital-এ 1 বছরের experience প্রয়োজন বলে recruitment details-এ উল্লেখ রয়েছে।

Age Limit: 18–25 Years.

Warrant Officer – Physiotherapist

10+2-এর সঙ্গে Physiotherapy বিষয়ে অন্তত 2-year Diploma প্রয়োজন।

Relevant hospital বা centre-এ prescribed experience-ও প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Age Limit: 18–25 Years.

Havildar – Instrument Mechanic

Class 10 বা Matriculation Pass হতে হবে।

এর সঙ্গে relevant Instrument / Electronics Mechanic trade-এ 2-year ITI অথবা prescribed Diploma qualification থাকতে হবে।

Age Limit: 18–23 Years.

Rifleman Technical Trades

Electrical Fitter Signal, Lineman Field, Armourer, Engineer Equipment Mechanic, Electrician Motor Vehicle, Vehicle Mechanic, Metalsmith, Welderসহ অধিকাংশ technical Rifleman post-এর জন্য:

• Class 10 Pass
• Relevant trade-এ ITI / Technical Training Certificate / Diploma

প্রয়োজন।

অর্থাৎ শুধু মাধ্যমিক পাশ করলেই সব Technical Rifleman post-এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে না। সংশ্লিষ্ট technical qualification-ও থাকতে হবে।

Rifleman – Recovery Vehicle Mechanic

Class 10-এর পাশাপাশি relevant automobile/mechanical trade qualification প্রয়োজন।

এই পদের ক্ষেত্রে prescribed Heavy Motor Vehicle বা Transport Driving Licence-ও প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

Rifleman Store Keeper Technical – EME

এই পদের basic educational qualification হিসেবে recognised board থেকে Class 10 Pass উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।

Age Limit: 18–23 Years.

Rifleman – Mason

Class 10 Pass candidates এই পদের জন্য বিবেচিত হতে পারেন।

তবে প্রার্থীকে relevant Trade Test qualify করতে হবে এবং Mason trade-এ অন্তত 1 বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতার certificate/self-certification requirement রয়েছে।

Reserved category candidates-এর ক্ষেত্রে applicable Central Government rules অনুযায়ী age relaxation রয়েছে। Recruitment summaries অনুযায়ী SC/ST candidates সাধারণত 5 বছর এবং OBC candidates 3 বছরের upper-age relaxation পেতে পারেন। Ex-Servicemen-এর ক্ষেত্রেও applicable rule অনুযায়ী relaxation রয়েছে।

Gender Eligibility

এই particular Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026 Male Candidates Only recruitment হিসেবে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।

তাই Female candidates এই 354-vacancy rally-এর জন্য eligible নন।

Physical Standards

Physical Standard Test বা PST-তে candidate-এর height, chest এবং applicable medical-standard অনুযায়ী weight পরীক্ষা করা হবে।

এর পাশাপাশি applicable rules অনুযায়ী DA, field-related allowances এবং অন্যান্য admissible benefits থাকতে পারে। Posting এবং service conditions অনুযায়ী actual monthly gross/in-hand salary পরিবর্তিত হবে।

নিজের basic details, educational qualification, address, category, mobile number এবং email ID সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করুন।

যে trade/post-এর জন্য যোগ্য, সেটি সাবধানে নির্বাচন করুন।

প্রয়োজনীয় Domicile / Permanent Residential Certificate, category details এবং prescribed documents প্রস্তুত রাখুন।

Applicable হলে ₹100 application fee জমা করুন।

Payment receipt/challan এবং প্রয়োজনীয় documents নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী upload করুন।

Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally-এর selection process-এ একাধিক qualifying stage রয়েছে।

PST and PET

প্রথমে candidates-এর physical measurement এবং physical efficiency যাচাই করা হবে।

Document Verification

Candidate-এর educational, category, domicile এবং technical qualification certificates পরীক্ষা করা হবে।

Computer Based Test – CBT

Written/Computer Based Test সাধারণভাবে 100 marks-এর।

Qualifying Marks:

SC / ST / OBC – 33%

Trade / Skill Test

Technical এবং Tradesman candidates-এর সংশ্লিষ্ট trade-এর উপর practical Skill Test নেওয়া হবে।

Detailed Medical Examination – DME

পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে applicable recruitment medical standards অনুযায়ী Detailed Medical Examination নেওয়া হবে।

Review Medical Examination – RME

DME-তে unfit ঘোষিত eligible candidates-এর ক্ষেত্রে applicable rules অনুযায়ী Review Medical Examination-এর সুযোগ থাকতে পারে।

Final Merit List

সব qualifying stage clear করলেই appointment নিশ্চিত হয় না।

Important Clarification for 10th Pass Candidates

এই recruitment-এর headline-এ “মাধ্যমিক পাসে আবেদন” বলা গেলেও এটি পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করা উচিত যে সব 354টি vacancy-তে শুধুমাত্র মাধ্যমিক পাশ qualification যথেষ্ট নয়।

বিভিন্ন Rifleman technical post এবং Havildar post-এর ক্ষেত্রে Class 10-এর সঙ্গে relevant ITI, Diploma অথবা technical qualification প্রয়োজন।

তবে Rifleman Store Keeper Technical-এর মতো কিছু পদের basic qualification Class 10 Pass এবং Mason post-এর ক্ষেত্রেও Class 10-এর সঙ্গে prescribed trade experience/test requirement রয়েছে।
