Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and on-site presentations, preparing proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to drive qualified leads.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirement Details
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (mandatory).
Driving License Valid driving license is required.
Experience At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT, services, or field sales.
Work Style Strong ability to work in a target-based environment.
Fieldwork Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client engagement.

Salary & Work Hours

Component Details
Base Salary ₹10,000 – ₹19,800 per month
Performance Earnings Up to ₹25,000+ per month with commissions and bonuses
Work Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
