Role: AI/ML Intern (Data Modelling & AI Experience)

• Develop and refine data models for patient care insights, risk stratification, and outcome predictions.
• Clean, preprocess, and validate structured and unstructured healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, patient-reported data).
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and data scientists to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept AI models to improve clinical workflow efficiency or patient engagement.
• Stay updated on AI trends in healthcare, predictive analytics, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, data ethics).

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health Informatics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, databases, and healthcare data formats.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL; TensorFlow/PyTorch is a bonus.
• Interest in healthcare analytics, population health, or digital health solutions.
• Problem-solving, communication, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
