7eventzz.com is hiring a Client Servicing Executive to manage customer enquiries, coordinate with decorators, and ensure smooth execution of event decoration services. The role involves end-to-end client handling from enquiry to service completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and website enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements for birthday and event decoration services.
• Share decoration packages, images, pricing, and booking details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and decorators for timely execution.
• Confirm bookings, time slots, and locations with clients and vendors.
• Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before and after the event.
• Collect feedback and reviews after service completion.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in client servicing, customer support, or event industry is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
