Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial and institutional clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products or solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Handle post-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
