About the Role

The Bank Branch Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing daily banking activities, and supporting sales targets. This is an entry-level opening — experienced candidates, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
• Provide accurate information on bank products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: cash handling, KYC verification, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Process transactions following RBI and internal guidelines; maintain registers and audit records.
• Promote bank products (savings, FDs, loans, insurance, credit cards) and meet sales targets.
• Support internal/external audits and maintain error-free documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field (≥50% marks).
• 0-1 years experience — freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of banking operations, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Core Banking Systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,685.40 – ₹29,797.52 per month
