Job Overview

• Position: Banking Assistant / Banking Associate
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Experience: Fresher Eligible
• Location: Chandannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal
• Salary: ₹24,643 – ₹28,578 per month
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Provident Fund

Main Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Maintain branch records and support daily operations.
• Complete KYC and related documentation.
• Explain and promote bank products (savings, loans, insurance).
• Help the team achieve sales & service targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing)
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Attention to detail & teamwork skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream (2021–2025 pass-out)
• Freshers can apply; training provided
