Role: BPO Associate

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site)

Shift: Morning Shift · Fixed Timings

• Lead generation for Energy, Insurance, and Telecom processes targeting Australia.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with international clients.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain reporting standards.
• Meet targets and incentives as per company guidelines.

• Minimum 1 year international BPO experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience as Customer Service Representative or BDM in International BPO.

• ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives
