Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site)

Shift: Morning Shift (06:00–15:00 Mon-Fri, 06:00–23:00 Sat)

• Lead generation for Energy, Insurance, and Telecom processes targeting Australia.
• Provide excellent customer service to international clients.
• Maintain accurate reporting and follow-up standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and incentives.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
• Experience as Customer Service Representative, BDM, or in International BPO.
• Ability to work fixed morning shifts.
