Job Description

Excellis IT Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive who can independently manage marketing operations, develop and convert leads, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver structured reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through field outreach, online research, referrals, and events.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and explain company services/products.
• Follow up with leads to drive conversions and update lead status.
• Coordinate with sales, field, and support teams for smooth execution.
• Assist in organizing on-ground marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure effective communication between field staff and management.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and field activity outcomes.
• Present insights and action plans to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and outbound calling.
