About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator to oversee and manage on-site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of construction, installation, and commissioning works while maintaining safety, quality, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on-site activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for resource planning and issue resolution.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Operation & Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and plant systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
