Job Description

Bharat Kumar & Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and production teams in the paper cup manufacturing business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, order history, and feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
• Track order status and proactively update customers on dispatch or delays.
• Resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Support sales team in repeat business, upselling, and customer retention.
• Prepare CRM reports, sales follow-up lists, and daily updates.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and corporate clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in CRM, customer handling, or sales coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Salary Details

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
