📋 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through email, phone, chat, and other channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and timely resolutions
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product familiarization
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication between team members, departments, and clients
• Record and document all customer interactions accurately
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports
• Ensure compliance for internal and external projects
• Leverage product knowledge to enhance customer support quality

🛠️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Business acumen for customer service excellence
• Knowledge of Web/Mobile Development (preferred)
• Experience with Basecamp, Zoho Projects (preferred)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
