Job Description

Saburi Panels Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Factory Coordinator to manage daily production operations, maintain accurate records, and support overall factory efficiency. The role requires strong coordination skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily factory operations across production, dispatch, and stores.
• Prepare production reports, output sheets, and manpower tracking.
• Create MIS reports and KPI dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Manage inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and material flow.
• Follow up with production teams on targets and timelines.
• Support quality checks, documentation, and compliance records.
• Maintain attendance logs, consumable usage, and factory records.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and HR teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (manufacturing background preferred).
• 2–5 years experience in factory / operations coordination.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of factory processes and inventory management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally (added advantage).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
