Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Admissions Counselor / Academic Counselor. The role involves counseling students and guardians, managing leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Provide career and academic counseling for overseas education.
• Fix daily appointments and conduct follow-up counseling sessions.
• Handle leads and inquiry calls to achieve high conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with internal teams and education partners.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.
• 2–5 years of experience in Study Abroad / Education counseling.
• Languages required: English, Hindi, Bengali.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
