General Virtual Assistant – Numberfit

Numberfit is a mathematics-based social enterprise dedicated to improving children’s wellbeing by combining learning, physical activity, and mindfulness. Our mission is to make education engaging, holistic, and impactful.

We are currently seeking a General Virtual Assistant to support our growing team with administrative and creative tasks. This is a remote, part-time contractual role, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic about meaningful work.

🧩 About the Role

As a General Virtual Assistant, you will assist the Numberfit team with a variety of administrative, creative, and coordination tasks. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

No prior experience is mandatory. Full training will be provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively to the team.

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across multiple business functions
• Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and online records
• Assist with content creation and basic design tasks
• Coordinate tasks and workflows using project management tools
• Support communication within internal teams
• Handle routine operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Adapt to changing priorities and support the team as needed

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Flexible and proactive working style
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Note: A high level of mathematics knowledge is not required for this role.
