Ecodea Projects & Control Pvt Ltd (Formerly Projects & Control, Kolkata) is a leading manufacturer and system provider of Environmental Engineering Systems including Dust Suppression, Odor Control, Humidification, Gas Turbine Inlet Air Cooling, IVC, Wastewater Treatment, and Spray Equipment such as Sprinklers and Spray Nozzles.

This is an entry-level engineering role designed for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience. The role focuses on technical and soft-skill training, real-world engineering exposure, and gradual transition into a fully responsible engineer.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Based on discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) and individual aptitude, candidates will be placed in one of the following domains:

KPA (Key Performance Areas)

• Design Trainees: Assist in design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions; prepare technical drawings, CAD models, and schematics under supervision.
• Manufacturing Trainees: Participate in manufacturing and fabrication of Air Pollution Control equipment under supervision.
• Project Trainees: Assist in site services, construction activities, and basic project management.
• Sales Trainees: Learn and participate in technical sales and after-sales support.

Eligibility & Education

• Diploma / Graduate in Engineering (Preferred)
