Experience Required: 3–5 years in hospitals or nursing homes

• Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients and support medical staff.
• Maintain hospital equipment, records, and patient care standards.
• Assist in specialized departments such as OT, ICU/CCU, Radiology, and Labs.
• Coordinate with Swasthya Sathi and TPA programs for smooth administration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Diploma or degree in respective medical/paramedical field.
• Prior experience in hospitals or nursing homes preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage patient care efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and patient care.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and critical situations in ICU/CCU.
• Teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

• ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month depending on role and experience
