Job Description

This is a regular (permanent) Group A position involving the oversight of large-scale civil construction, campus maintenance, and electrical works.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive in civil construction and maintenance.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CPWD/PWD procedures, government tendering, and purchase protocols. Experience in handling electrical works related to civil projects is also required.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age: 45 Years.
  • Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates is applicable as per Government of India norms.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) of the 7th CPC.

  • Gross Monthly Salary: Approx. ₹1,38,652/-.
  • Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, LTC, and other institutional benefits as per IIM Calcutta rules.
