Job Description

JAYASWAL NECO INDUSTRIES LTD is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to support senior engineers in planning, design, development, and evaluation of engineering projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and execute tasks assigned by the Senior Engineer.
• Collaborate with engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products.
• Ensure project expenses remain within allocated budgets.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Assist various engineering teams and operational staff.
• Inspect inventory, report inconsistencies, and order required materials.
• Prepare CAD drawings as per technical specifications.
• Evaluate products and processes to maintain quality assurance standards.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and learning programs.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Associate’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Completed apprenticeship or similar experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of CAD software is desirable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Salary: ₹24,200 – ₹36,500 per month
