Position: Junior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (JE–O&M)

Locations: Bengaluru (Karnataka), Mumbai & Nagpur (Maharashtra), Mundra (Gujarat), Siliguri (West Bengal)

CTC: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA

Duty Timing: 08 Hours (Morning / Afternoon / Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Services Team. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, conducting inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivering high safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of systems and equipment to identify and fix issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE & HVAC.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inventories, and compliance reports.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in O&M of MEP systems including PHE & HVAC.
• Experience in facility documentation & compliance (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Municipal, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
