Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and manage legal correspondence, notices, and replies.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital) for legal documents and case records.
- Assist in statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct basic legal research to support ongoing legal matters.
- Support senior legal executives in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely submission and safekeeping of legal records, licenses, and approvals.
Eligibility & Qualification
- LLB (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in legal documentation, compliance, or correspondence.
- Freshers with internships in legal fields may also apply.
- Knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other documentation tools.
