Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Track sales orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare MIS, performance reports, and sales summaries.
• Analyze sales data and trends to support decision-making.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues on time.
• Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales review sessions.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
