Job Description
The Probationary Officer (PO) is one of the most prestigious entry-level officer positions in the banking sector. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in various banking operations, customer service, loan processing, financial management, branch administration, and business development activities.
As a PO, candidates will be groomed for future managerial and leadership roles within the bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government of India are also acceptable.
Final Year Students
Candidates appearing in the final year or final semester of graduation may also apply.
However, they must produce proof of passing their graduation on or before 30 September 2026 during the interview process.
