Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting restaurant services, handling queries, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote menu items and offers.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote and up-sell products to meet monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate call records, customer data, and feedback in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0.5 to 2 years of telecalling experience (preferably in food, beverage, or hospitality sector).
• Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Strong persuasion and sales-closing ability over the phone.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience & performance).

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
