A reputed Digital Marketing Company in Kolkata is hiring a skilled Social Media Manager & Coordinator to lead and execute brand visibility, campaign planning, creative direction, and content coordination. This role is fully remote but requires strong experience in digital media handling.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities – Social Media Manager

• Create and implement the overall social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan content calendars, promotions, and campaigns.
• Supervise creative direction — copywriting, design, video production.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to execute campaigns.

Key Responsibilities – Coordinator

• Assist in implementing campaigns designed by the manager.
• Collect content from teams, clients, events, and UGC sources.
• Maintain daily/weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate with influencers, vendors, and internal departments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Experience in content planning & campaign execution.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams efficiently.
• Creative mindset with understanding of digital trends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing roles.
• Ability to manage remote tasks and deadlines.
• Must have prior experience in digital marketing agencies (preferred).
