J.G. Hosiery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Stock Management Executive for its Dakshineswar, Kolkata unit. The role requires expertise in inventory handling, warehouse coordination, stock audits, documentation, and real-time stock monitoring.

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Location: Dakshineswar, Kolkata, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels across warehouses and stores.
• Maintain accurate stock records with timely data entry in ERP/SAP/Excel.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams for stock movement.
• Handle inward and outward documentation including GRNs, challans, and stock ledgers.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory variances.
• Manage stock transfers between locations and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, arrangement, and categorization of goods.
• Identify slow-moving and non-moving stock and report to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of stock/inventory software (SAP, ERP, Excel).
• Accuracy in data handling with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Time management skills with ability to work under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of experience in stock or inventory management.
• Experience in garment/hosiery sector preferred.
• Full-time, permanent, in-person position.
