Role Overview
Anant Finserv, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Telecaller – Customer Relationship Manager to handle client communications, maintain relationships, and promote financial services such as equities, mutual funds, and portfolio management. Candidates with prior experience in financial services or client engagement are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls for customer service and relationship management.
- Understand client needs and provide accurate product or service information.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolutions.
- Share updates on new financial products and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with sales and advisory teams for improved client satisfaction and retention.
