Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts.
• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records and call outcomes.
• Handle customer objections, queries, and feedback professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow up with interested customers from previous interactions.
• Prepare reports on call performance and customer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
• High school diploma or equivalent (degree is an added advantage).
