Job Responsibilities
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team of outbound sales agents in an international BPO environment.
- Developing sales strategies to meet and exceed international sales targets.
- Driving daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the sales team.
- Training and motivating team members to achieve productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Managing team performance, conducting feedback sessions, and implementing coaching plans.
- Handling escalations and ensuring smooth client communication across international regions.
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, quality standards, and company policies.
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
