Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
- Maintain customer leads and update records daily.
- Prepare and share daily reports with seniors.
- Follow up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and organize the customer database efficiently.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
