Airtel is seeking an experienced Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) to oversee frontline Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and drive sales of Airtel products and services. The role focuses on expanding the distribution network, increasing customer market share, and leading a team to achieve business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing SIM & data selling outlets in assigned territories.
- Drive market share and customer share, promoting high-revenue products and apps.
- Develop monthly plans based on market analysis, competitor insights, and sales reports.
- Manage partners and distributors to optimize channel profit and satisfaction.
- Lead and coach TSM teams, guiding them to achieve business KPIs and take on larger responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Market Communications teams to meet targets.
- Provide competition intelligence and actionable feedback to marketing and management teams.
Eligibility & Qualification
- PGDM/MBA from a reputed business school.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom, FMCG, or related sales industries.
- Proven experience in managing teams, distribution networks, and sales operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
