Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of facilities. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Locations include Bengaluru, Mumbai, Mundra, Nagpur, Siliguri, and Kolkata.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as Operations & Maintenance Lead.
• Conduct regular inspections and scheduled maintenance of facilities.
• Handle breakdowns, emergencies, and maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems including HVAC and PHE.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
• Allocate workload and supervise subordinates.
• Ensure compliance with PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, and Municipal norms.
• Monitor utility consumption and control maintenance budgets.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Act as POC for all maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in O&M of MEP systems including HVAC.
• Experience in facility documentation and statutory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
