Job Description

Ethical Den is seeking an experienced and passionate Cyber Security Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. The role involves hands-on teaching, curriculum development, and learner mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led cyber security training (online/offline).
• Teach network security, ethical hacking, and risk management concepts.
• Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, and real-world simulations.
• Design, update, and maintain course curriculum and lab materials.
• Assess learners through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Provide mentorship, career guidance, and technical support.
• Stay updated with latest cyber security threats and best practices.
• Support placement activities including mock interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of cyber security tools and techniques.
• Experience in Ethical Hacking, SOC, or Security Operations preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
