Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing the entire sales value chain, from lead generation to after-sales service:
- Sales Targets: Achieve order booking ratios as per the business plan and maintain a healthy order funnel.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained and avoid stock-outs.
- Channel Management: Train and develop the distributor sales force; manage field sales teams and set up installer teams.
- Influencer Engagement: Conduct regular meets and engagement programs for Architects, Builders, and Contractors.
- Customer Experience: Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS), handle consumer complaints, and ensure timely installation services.
Required Skills & Profile
As this is a B2B Sales profile, the ideal candidate must possess:
- End-to-End Sales: Proficiency in lead generation, closure, and post-sales support.
- Market Analysis: Ability to analyze lost leads, identify market gaps, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Field Work: Must be willing to travel extensively in the field to generate leads and meet influencers.
- Digital Adoption: Driving the use of sales apps and ensuring high-quality data capture.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech (Any Discipline) OR MBA / PGDM (Marketing & Sales).
