Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

The educational requirements vary based on the specific trainee role:

  • Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil/Survey): 3-year regular Diploma in the relevant field with at least 70% marks.
  • Junior Officer Trainee (HR): BBA/BBM/BBS or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Junior Officer Trainee (F&A): Must have passed Inter CA or Inter CMA.
  • Junior Technician Trainee (Survey): ITI (Surveyor) pass certificate.

Age Limit (as of May 11, 2026)

  • General Category: Maximum 27 years.
  • Age Relaxation: OBC candidates receive a 3-year relaxation, and SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year relaxation as per government norms.

Salary Structure & CTC

  • During Training: Monthly stipend of ₹24,000 for Diploma/Officer Trainees and ₹21,000 for Technician Trainees.
  • Upon Regularization (CTC):
    • Diploma & Officer Trainees: Approximately ₹12.7 Lakhs per annum.
    • Junior Technician Trainees: Approximately ₹10.9 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Process

Selection is conducted through a three-stage process:

  1. Written Test (CBT): A 170-mark MCQ exam consisting of 120 technical questions and 50 aptitude questions (Negative marking: 0.25).
  2. Skill/Trade Test: Qualifying nature test based on the specific job requirements.
  3. Medical Test: Final health assessment before induction.
