Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of transmission and distribution systems.
  • Work on technical projects related to Electrical and Civil Engineering.
  • Support installation, maintenance, and testing of power grid infrastructure.
  • Gain exposure to power transmission network management and field operations.
  • Assist HR and Legal departments in policy implementation, compliance, and documentation (for HR & Law apprentices).
  • Contribute to technical documentation, data management, and reporting.
  • Develop skills in safety procedures, quality control, and power management.

Educational Qualifications
  • ITI (Electrician): Full-time ITI in Electrician Trade
  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering
  • Graduate (Electrical/Civil): Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or Civil Engineering
  • HR Executive: MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (2 years full-time)
  • Executive Law: Graduate Degree in any discipline and LLB (3 years professional) OR 5 years Integrated LLB
  • Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. in Hindi with proficient knowledge of English

Required Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge in relevant discipline (Electrical/Civil/ITI).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use engineering software tools.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
  • HR and Legal apprentices must have knowledge of labor laws, employee management, and corporate policies.
  • Rajbhasha Assistant must have proficiency in Hindi & English translation.
