Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with the sales team on daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders & sales documents.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Track orders, deliveries & payment status.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS summaries and monitor targets.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and marketing departments.
• Support field sales teams with timely communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
