Job Overview

Salary ₹10,000–₹16,000 / month

Role: Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator (Govt Project & Private Assignments including Telecaller duties for HR)

Organisation: NEHA Enterprise — Operations in Kolkata with remote-work opportunities.

Contract: 12 months (Contractual / Temporary / Freelance / Part-time options). Freshers welcome.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely data entry for government and private projects (Duare Sarkar / payment records / gallery updates).
  • Maintain and update digital records, spreadsheets and CRM entries as per process guidelines.
  • Perform basic telecalling and coordination for HR-related campaigns when required.
  • Validate data, perform routine quality checks and escalate discrepancies.
  • Prepare work demos, reports and maintain logs of completed tasks.
  • Assist with scanning, uploading media (photos, videos) and managing online galleries or records.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Preference given to candidates with Computer Diploma / Certificate in MS Office / Typing.
  • Typing speed: Comfortable working at 30+ WPM (preferred) and strong familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Good command of English (preferred) and local language for telecalling/coordination.
  • Basic digital literacy (email, Google Drive, form uploads, web portals).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
