IDIBIM Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced BIM Architect / BIM Coordinator (Architecture) to lead BIM coordination activities, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across architectural and other disciplines.
• Oversee production, coordination, and QA/QC of BIM models and drawings.
• Perform clash detection, model integration, and coordination reporting.
• Plan and allocate project resources efficiently.
• Assess project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure quality standards.
• Support recruitment and mentoring of BIM professionals.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of CDE platforms such as ACC.
• Experience developing BXP, BEP, PXP, and MIDP documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192, and PAS 1192-2 standards.
• Leadership skills to guide BIM Modelers and junior staff.
• Knowledge of open BIM, IFC standards, and interoperability workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant BIM experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Experience handling large-scale BIM projects.
