Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must fulfill the following educational requirements:
- Must have passed ITI in the relevant trade.
- Minimum 40% marks in the ITI examination.
- Candidate must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Portal.
- Candidates can apply for only one trade and under either West Bengal or Jharkhand, not both.

Selection Process
The recruitment process is completely merit-based.
Step 1: Merit List
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on ITI examination marks.
Tie-Breaking Criteria
If two or more candidates secure equal marks:
- Candidate who passed ITI earlier will be preferred.
- If the passing year is the same, the older candidate will be given preference.
- If still tied, the candidate who registered earlier on the NAPS Portal will be considered first.
Step 2: Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
Step 3: Joining
