Full Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Event Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of immersive events. These include luxury tented experiences, cultural festivals, corporate retreats, and destination weddings across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events across multiple locations in India.
• Manage logistics, vendors, venues, and on-ground operations for events.
• Ensure smooth execution of luxury, corporate, and cultural event experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet event objectives.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Handle on-site event management and resolve issues proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across India (100% preferred).
• Based in or willing to work from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,158.20 per month
