Job Description

HashCash Group (PayBito) is hiring experienced International Voice Process Sales Executives to drive B2B SaaS-based financial product sales for the US market. The role involves inbound and outbound calling, lead nurturing, product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with international clients via inbound and outbound calls.
• Convert qualified digital marketing leads into sales.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from pitch to closure.
• Conduct product demos and sales presentations.
• Maintain sales pipeline and client data using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of international sales experience (mandatory).
• 1+ years experience handling international clients.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written).
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools.
• Fintech or software industry experience preferred.
